    Hi Manpreet,

    I am an avid follower of your blog and am sorry to see that you didn't get IAS this time! Anyways, IRS is a great service and I wish you will make a mark there in the years to come!!

    It would be great to hear from you on how you were able to improve your interview performance substantially across the 4 attempts. 219 is a fabulous score !! Please throw insight on this.
